If there’s a school district you’re interested in learning more about, feel free to shoot me a message! I’d be happy to run the numbers and provide you with data on any specific market you're curious about.

Stay tuned and in September I'll provide updated data for the North-East, Central, and West Side school districts again and highlight market trends for you - if median home price is increasing or decreasing, if homes are sitting on the market longer or moving more quickly (median days on market), and give you an update on sale to list price ratio!

Disclaimer: Data collected, analyzed, and gathered regarding previous sales and current listings on 8/28/2024. Median prices, days on market, sale/list price ratios, and active inventory are subject to change.
