A lot of my friends and family members have kids—and boy, are they growing up fast! It seems like everyone is quickly outgrowing their starter homes and looking to settle down in a place where they can stay while their kids attend school. On the West Side of Cincinnati, several school districts are seeing active markets, and I've gathered some insights on the median price points to help guide you in your search for the perfect home.
Here’s a breakdown of the West Side school districts in alphabetical order:
Finneytown School District
